There have been many times I’ve hit a certain pressure point and found it.

Clients will sometimes recall a story from years ago
a whole different version of themselves the mind moved past it but the body kept score.

Sometimes that release isn’t just physical. It can be a deep breath, a tear, a memory, a laugh, or even just feeling a sense of relief you didn’t know you needed.

It’s amazing what the body can hold onto… and what it’s ready to let go of.
