Job description:

Job Overview

Our family-style assisted living home is looking for a Certified Caregiver to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our 5 residents.

What you’ll do

· Provide direct patient care, medication pass, cooking, including bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, incontinence care lifting, positioning, transferring, vitals etc.

· Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reporting.

· Review service plans and report any changes in resident’s condition.

· Work effectively as a team member with other caregivers and care providers.

· Maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming living space for residents.

· Assist resident in participating in activities.

· Provide activities to residents as assigned and encourage their participation.

· Professional communication with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies such as hospice or other service providers.

· Must be able to perform a variety of household duties such as laundry, dishes, mopping, dusting, etc.

· Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for responsible individuals that promote dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, upholding state standards and promoting the philosophy, policies, and protocols of the company. Individuals who will “empower every person to celebrate life at its best.”

Competitive Pay based on skills and experience

Certified Caregiver License – Arizona (required) not a CNA
Active Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
TB 2 step clearance or blood test
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Memory care training preferred (will provide)
Fall prevention training (will provide)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable****
Experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred
Job Types: Full-time days needed are Sat-Sun-Mon 12 hours day shift and a half shift on Tuesday
