Come join me on International Yoga Day for a flow that moves you right into a Summer Solstice Celebration with 7 Stones Acupuncture & Wellness! We will start off with an hour of yoga followed by enjoying some food truck deliciousness, a live band, and bonfire to fully appreciate the longest day of the year.

Some of you may not have ever heard of Holi the Festival of Colors. Neither had I before my children were gifted this wonderful book. It opened my eyes and made me curious.

Right now with the New Moon having just happened and the theme of the world lately revolving around community and working together to create change, I invite you to learn about this wholesome festival and join me in turning a new page.

Join me on March 7th at 12 PM at 7 Stones Acupuncture & Wellness Cascade location to welcome spring, new beginnings, fresh starts, and forgiveness. There will be a bonfire, petal powder fun, and some snacks all in one 3 hour event.

We are getting ready to turn the page. Flip the script. Welcome the new….new beginnings…new growth….new life.

Join me on March 7th from 12-3 PM at Cascade location for a Wisconsin version of Holi Festival! Event cost is $50 or part of a 4 part series of Spring/Fall Equinox & Summer/Winter Solstice Celebrations for $180 total.

What is Holi? It’s traditionally celebrated in India and is their version of welcoming Spring and New Beginnings through a 2 day celebration. The first night begins with bonfires of releasing the old. The 2nd day forging ahead on forgiveness and reconciliation through fun and play by throwing colorful flower petal powders & water at each other, dancing and eating good food!

I’m combining all of it together in a fun 3 hour event. The bonfire is there to help warm us for whatever Wisconsin brings and the fun can be had in the ample space that the 7 Stones property has to offer.

Had a fantastic time yesterday manifesting the year ahead with a lovely group of women.

Each year I do this I like to look back and reflect on all the things I actually was able to accomplish from my manifestations prior. I also love seeing the difference and growth I have made when I’m done creating my next years vision. Though I’m the same person, each year I grow and evolve and my vision changes and it’s evident in each year’s board.

This year it was brought up to do a self check in event halfway through the year! Love this type of feedback and always looking to hear more of what YOU want to see.

The New Year brings about new visions, goals, and manifestations. Something I do every year is create a vision board. You’d be amazed with the power of affirmations and manifesting through intention with how much you actually accomplish by the end of the year.

I am so grateful I get to be a part of a collective like this. It has truly been a blessing to have shared this space, found my teaching, and continue to dive into the curiosities of my yoga practice.

This beautiful space will once again evolve into something new. I am excited to see where it goes, but what I’m taking with me are the friendships I’ve formed within these walls.

4 years ago .op opened its doors to the public. We are entering this 4th year in a different light as we are celebrating all that we have done for and with the Sheboygan county community while sadly closing the Co-op at the end of the 2025.

Come join me in one last fall bash in the country with some yoga, laughter, and what we all yearned for since the start…community connection.

If you are a CSY supporter this event is completely FREE!! If you have been coming to my bonfires or just wanting to drop-in the rate will be $20 for the evening. S’more’s will be provided along with chairs unless you have your own favorite.
