💙 Meet Our Physical Therapy Department Manager: Jessica Wagner, PTA! 💙

As we continue honoring our Physical Therapy Department this month, we’re excited to introduce you to Jessica Wagner, PTA, our Physical Therapy Department Manager!

Coming from a small town herself, Jessica loves getting to know the members of her community and understanding what matters most to each individual. She knows that even when patients share the same diagnosis, everyone has unique needs, goals, and lifestyles. With her personalized, hands-on approach, Jessica is passionate about helping each patient find the care and support that works best for them.

When she’s not caring for patients, Jessica stays busy juggling the many adventures of raising young children! And when life slows down enough for some fun, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and dogs, enjoying the beautiful outdoor activities the Valley County area has to offer. 🌲☀️🐾

This October, we’re celebrating Physical Therapy Month and recognizing the amazing role physical therapy plays in helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love! 💙 Whether it’s improving mobility, building strength, or recovering from an injury, every step forward counts.

And because wellness is all about balance… it’s also National Dessert Day! 🍪🧁 Sometimes self-care looks like a good workout, sometimes it’s taking time to stretch, and sometimes it’s enjoying your favorite sweet treat. 😉

Continuing to honor our extraordinary Physical Therapists during PT month, we would like to re-introduce you to Alison!

Alison Roehner, PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 2018. Since joining Cascade Medical Center in 2020, she has been dedicated to helping patients of all ages move better, feel stronger, and live life to the fullest.
Alison’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is building meaningful connections with her patients. As she shares, “I love listening to each patient’s story, uncovering the root of their unique challenges, and tailoring exercises specifically to their needs. I enjoy getting to know my patients as people—not just as a ‘hurt knee.’”
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Alison has pursued advanced training in postural adaptations through the Postural Restoration Institute®, studied whole-system motor function and the concept of source versus cause with Functional Movement Systems™, completed advanced coursework in shoulder evaluation and treatment, and expanded her expertise in identifying and treating dysfunctional breathing patterns. In 2020, she became certified in Dry Needling, integrating this technique with targeted exercise programs to support efficient, lasting recovery.
Outside the clinic, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and most of all being a momma.

In honor of PT Month, we would like to re-introduce you all to our AMAZING Physical Therapy team! First up, we have Matt Law:

Dr. Matthew T. Law, PT, DPT

Matthew, has been practicing at Cascade Medical Center for just over three years. He specializes in strength and conditioning, dry needling, and advanced neurological rehabilitation exercises, with a passion for helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Matthew’s path into physical therapy was deeply personal. After his father underwent several amputations, Matthew was inspired to pursue a career where he could play a meaningful role in helping patients recover, adapt, and return to the activities they love. He has always had a passion for healthcare and feels fortunate to have found a career that allows him to make a difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Matthew is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, snowmobiling, traveling, wake surfing, spending time with his family, and getting together with friends. He has a strong connection to his community and is always looking for opportunities to give back and support those around him.

Matthew is grateful to be part of the Cascade Medical Center team and looks forward to continuing to serve and support the patients and community he cares so deeply about.
