Join Jessie and Megan for our monthly Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath—a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience designed to support relaxation, restore balance, and create space for deep rest.

Megan will guide you through a slow, supportive Restorative Yoga practice using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props to create a comfortable, grounding experience. The practice will then transition into a soothing sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, hand pan, tongue drum, chimes, rain sticks, ocean drum, gong, and rattles.

Throughout the session, Jessie will offer Reiki energy healing to support relaxation, release tension, and encourage a deeper sense of balance and ease.

A monthly moment to pause, receive, and reconnect through movement, sound, and stillness.
