Do you know the difference between an Inpatient Rehab Hospital (IRH) and a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)? 🤔

Both provide rehabilitation and care after a hospital stay, but they offer different levels of therapy and medical support.

🏥 Inpatient Rehab Hospital (IRH): Intensive therapy for patients who can tolerate several hours of rehab each day.

❤️ Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): Rehab and nursing care with a less intensive therapy schedule, allowing patients to recover at their own pace.

Daisy works tirelessly behind the scenes every day to help ensure our residents have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home. No matter the challenges, she continues to make magic happen and always does her very best to keep rooms cleaned and our community looking its best.

Her dedication, hard work, and commitment do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does to support our residents and team.

Cari has been a part of our community since August 2025, and she has made our home brighter ever since. Her beautiful diamond art creations and active participation in crafts and activities bring so much creativity, color, and joy to those around her. ✨💎
To celebrate Cari, we treated her to a special lunch outing and helped her pick out some new clothes of her choosing. It was a wonderful day spent honoring someone who contributes so much positivity to our community.

🌟 Resident of the Week – Week of July 2, 2026: Donna Tatum! 🌟
This week, we are excited to recognize Donna Tatum as our Resident of the Week!
Donna has been a part of our community since November 2024, and we have loved having her with us. She may not get out very often, but when she does, she always has a great time! 😊
One thing our staff knows about Donna is her love for Taco Bell, but this time David surprised her with something even better—a special outing to J’s Pub. It was a wonderful opportunity for her to enjoy a great meal and a fun day out.
Donna is one of the most easygoing people you’ll ever meet. She never complains and is always a pleasure to be around. We are so grateful she has been part of our CMR family for nearly two years, and we look forward to making many more memories with her in the years to come.

🌟 July Employee of the Month: Sarah! 🌟

Congratulations to Sarah for being named our July Employee of the Month! 🎉

Sarah is an invaluable part of our transportation team and consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is a safe and dependable driver, stays organized, and maintains excellent communication between the community and our CMR residents.

As a CNA, Sarah brings an extra level of care and safety to her role, ensuring residents are looked after and prepared to respond in the event of a medical emergency. She remains calm under pressure, works exceptionally well with others during stressful situations, and always puts the needs of our residents first.

We truly love and value Sarah, and we are grateful for the dedication, compassion, and professionalism she brings every day. Thank you, Sarah, for all that you do to keep our residents safe and supported! ❤️👏

A couple of weeks ago, we said goodbye to our amazing Activities Director, Brenda, as she began her well-deserved retirement! ❤️
For more than 10 years, Brenda has been a valued part of our team, bringing joy, creativity, and dedication to our residents every day. We have been so lucky to have her with us, and her impact will be felt for years to come.
While we will certainly miss her, we are excited for this next chapter in her life. We know she’ll be taking full advantage of her newfound freedom, traveling to new places and making wonderful memories along the way. ✈️🌎
Brenda, thank you for everything you’ve done. We wish you nothing but happiness, adventure, and relaxation in retirement. We can’t wait to hear all about your travels and the stories you’ll bring back to share!
