We are looking to add a new team member to our office. We are looking for a part time medical receptionist/CNA/MA/Phlebotomy.

This is a part-time / as needed position the team member will have approximately 10-15 set hours per week. Also will need to be available as needed (PRN) to cover for sick days and vacations of other staff.
Job duties include: Answering phones, taking detailed messages, faxing, electronic filing, checking in and out patients, scheduling, rooming patients, vital signs and charting. If you have CNA/MA/ Phlebotomy certificates your skills will be utilized in our office.

Because this a part-time position no benefits will be available.

Pay depends on experience.

Its that time of year again. Flu shots are in! Walk ins are welcome anytime M-TH 8AM- 4:30PM and Fridays 8AM-11:30AM for our established patients.
This year we will be hosting a flu shot clinic at our office for our established patients on Saturday October 8th from 10AM to 1PM. No appointment needed for this flu shot clinic.

Approximately 20 hours per week and flexible hours to work around your schedule. Needed for front office and back office duties.

Duties: Perform clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments and answering multi-line telephone. Clinical duties include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood skillfully, and administering medications/vaccinations as directed by physician. Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus.

Busy medical office in Casper is seeking someone with a bright personality and strong organization skills, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task for a front office receptionist position. 40 hours per week 7:30-5:30 Mon-Thur and some Fridays til noon. Vacation and Benefit packages available.

-Managing phone calls
-Managing / Organizing Electronic Faxes
-Managing Providers’ schedules daily
-Maintain a neat and professional appearance
-Posting insurance and patient payments
Job Requirements:
-Multi-tasker and highly organized
-Computer experience necessary. Electronic medical record experience a plus.
-Ability to work independently.
-Team oriented.
-Record keeping experience a plus.
Starting Rate: $14 / hour and up based on experience
