The McGinley Clinic and OrthoNOW Casper is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Casper, WY.

You will work in a cutting-edge orthopedic environment alongside a team that is pioneering minimally invasive care, treating professional athletes, and serving patients from all 50 states and 20+ countries. You will see both scheduled and walk-in patients through our OrthoNow urgent care division, perform in-office procedures, and play an active role in the growth of our practice — including periodic support at our Gillette location.

What we are looking for:
Active Wyoming NP (APRN) or PA-C license
Minimum 2 years clinical experience (orthopedic experience preferred)

This weekend, Dr. McGinley heads to San Francisco Bay for something he has done 9 times before — and never gets easier.

He is going for his 10th swim from Alcatraz and his 8th Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon.

For those unfamiliar, this race is no joke. It starts with a 1.5-mile open water swim in mid 40 degree water, fighting Bay currents from Alcatraz Island to shore. Then an 18-mile bike through the hills of San Francisco and the Presidio. Then an 8-mile trail run — including the infamous Sand Ladder, a near-vertical sand dune you pull yourself up by rope.
