“Why did the dentist become a baseball coach? Because he knows the drill!”⚾🦷

If you know Cayden, chances are you’ve heard a joke that’s just as cheesy—and laughed anyway.

As he works toward his dream of becoming a dentist, Cayden spends his summers at Hilltop gaining hands-on experience and learning everything he can along the way. His passion for dentistry, eagerness to grow, and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed make him an incredible part of our team.

His coworkers describe him as a bright light with a contagious smile, a positive attitude, and a heart that’s always ready to help. Whether he’s making patients feel at ease, supporting his teammates, or sharing one of his signature dad jokes, Cayden has a way of making everyone’s day a little brighter.

Watching him grow year after year has been such a privilege. We love being a small part of his journey through college as he works toward becoming a dentist, and we have no doubt he’ll make an amazing one someday.

“I've been coming to Hilltop Family Dental for several years and it's been the best experience I've had in Casper. All of the hygienists I've worked with over the time have been really kind and supportive even when they needed to give me feedback about flossing habits. I see Dr. David Gallup, and can say that he is great at his job. With all the work I've had done I've only ever felt supported or encouraged about the progress, and continuing to work on my dental health goals.”

🌎🦷 Serving smiles beyond our borders.

This last week, Dr. Milmont, Dr. Gallup, Bailey, Alison, and Cayden had the incredible opportunity to travel to Honduras on a dental mission trip, where they joined other volunteers in providing much-needed dental care to communities with limited access to treatment.

From relieving pain and restoring smiles to sharing compassion, encouragement, and hope, this experience was about so much more than dentistry. It was a powerful reminder that a healthy smile can change someone’s life, and that serving others is truly at the heart of what we do.

We are incredibly proud of our team for taking their skills beyond the walls of our office to make a meaningful difference. The memories made, lives touched, and relationships built throughout this trip will stay with us for years to come.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who supported this mission through your generosity and donations. Because of your kindness, we were not only able to provide care during our time in Honduras, but also donate much-needed supplies to a local dental clinic—helping them continue serving their community long after our team returned home.

Together, we were able to make an impact that extends far beyond one week, and we are so grateful to have such an amazing community standing behind us. 💙
