The final cup has been poured...and what a lovely affair it was.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for this year's Spring Garden Tea Party.
The tables may be cleared, the tea has been spilled, but the memories remain: shared stories, new friendships, excessive laughter, and the simple magic that happens when kindred spirits gather in the greenhouse.

Take a peek at this year's menu and you'll discover Citrus Velvet Possets, Elderflower Cordial, signature greenhouse teas, and other carefully curated indulgences designed to make this the most enchanting affair of the social season.

In light of this year’s rather enthusiastic sunshine, the tea menu for our Spring Garden Tea Party shall feature a collection of cooling herbal refreshments designed to revive even the most delicate members of society.

🫖 Elderflower cordial with sparkling club soda or Prosecco
🌿 Lemon-Mint oxymel - bright and refreshing with a botanical twist
🍋 Lilac Lemonade - always a refreshing floral favorite
🍵 Matcha Mint Latte - cool and uplifting

And of course, tradition must still be honored. Beloved classics such as Earl Grey and our signature Uplifted Heart Tea — crafted from herbs grown here in our gardens — shall once again be poured generously.

There's still time to reserve you seat, but the window is closing quickly.

It has come to our attention that the culinary offerings for this year’s Spring Garden Tea Party may be the most enchanting indulgence of the season… 🌿✨

Our chef — whose identity remains a fiercely guarded secret — has once again outdone themselves. Alongside the beloved fresh-baked signature scones, delicate tea sandwiches, luscious cheesecake, and jewel-toned fruits of the season, a new indulgence shall grace the table this year:
Possets.
And what, you may ask, is a posset?
Only the most decadent, velvety, citrus-kissed dessert imaginable — topped with berries and quite capable of inspiring scandalous second helpings.

Needless to say, restraint will be difficult.
