White funeral Home offers a state-of-the-art digital audio-visual system, which will allow families to memorialize loved ones through photos, video and music. The funeral home can accommodate around 250 individuals by using the foyer area and the community room, which features a flat screen television that can be used to view the chapel area during funeral services. White Funeral Home is family owned and operated, with a private on-site crematory. "This will allow us to keep your family member on the premises for a greater peace of mind," said White. White Funeral Home has also acquired a purchase and seller license, which allows the business to offer pre-arrangement plans. "We offer affordable pre-arrangement plans that remove the burden of decision making at the time of need," said White. White Funeral Home also offers families an outdoor patio area, a large paved parking lot and bilingual services for the Spanish-speaking and Laotian-speaking community members. White is joined at White Funeral Home by his wife, Kathy. John F. Aplin, age 70, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at his home, surrounded by the comfort of the place he loved.

John was born on October 13, 1955, in Dumas, Texas, to Roy and Ruby (Main) Aplin. He grew up with strong family values and carried those lessons with him throughout his life.

John was united in marriage to Dorothea, the love of his life. Together, they shared many years of love, companionship, and memories that will forever remain treasured.

John is survived by his wife Dorothea; one son, Roy Aplin of the home; one daughter, Christina Aplin of Gravette, Arkansas; two grandchildren; two sisters, Lenora Tucker of Cave Springs, Arkansas, and Emma Sheffield of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson.

Scott Ramaeker, age 48, of Purdy, Missouri, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Freeman Hospital in Neosho, Missouri.

Scott was born on March 12, 1978, in Houston, Missouri, to Jim and Carolyn (Racely) Ramaeker. He graduated from high school in Mountain Grove, Missouri, in 1996. In 2003, Scott married the love of his life, Michelle Leachman. Together, they were blessed with three beautiful children, two daughters and one son.

Scott was a true outdoorsman who loved life and every adventure it had to offer. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, jeeping, backroad adventures, spending time at the creek, and simply being outdoors. One of his greatest joys was coaching his children's sports and being there to cheer them on. Scott never met a stranger and was known for being the life of the party, bringing laughter and joy wherever he went.

Scott had a servant's heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He especially enjoyed helping whenever he could at his church. He loved spending time with the people he cared about, but above all else, his children were the light of his world. His family meant everything to him, and the love he had for them was evident in all that he did.

Scott will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His adventurous spirit, contagious laughter, generous heart, and unwavering love for his family will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

Scott is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Michelle Ramaeker; two daughters, Elly and Addy Ramaeker; and one son, Dax Ramaeker.

He is also survived by his parents, Jim and Carolyn Ramaeker of Mountain Grove, Missouri; two brothers, Jason Ramaeker and his wife, Jennifer, of Lone Jack, Missouri, and Kevin Ramaeker of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; one sister, Michelle Eilenstine and her husband, Loren, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; four sisters-in-law, Patsy Godsey and her husband, Deryk, of Seligman, Missouri, Doniel Arnett and her husband, Ryan, of Cassville, Missouri, Ashley Selee and her husband, Austin, of Seligman, Missouri, and Chrissy Taylor and her husband, Lee, of Fort Worth, Texas; father-in-law, Jeff Leachman; and mother-in-law, Glenda Leachman of Seligman, Missouri.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Virginia Ramaeker, and Clay and Elma Racely; one uncle and two aunts.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory, with Pastor James Schnackenberg officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment will follow the funeral service at St. Johnā€™s Lutheran Church Stones Prairie Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Scott to benefit his children and may be entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.

Judith Ann Eves, age 82, of Golden, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at her home.

Judith was born May 6, 1944, in Parsons, Kansas, to William and Mary Gladys (Brown) Hendricks.

Judith enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved going to yard sales, visiting the casino and playing bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren. One of her greatest joys was taking her grandchildren places and making special memories with them. She also had a love for reading and could often be found with a good book in hand.

Judith is survived by her three sons, Martin Widhalm and his wife, Carol, of Lincoln, Nebraska; Paul Widhalm of Golden, Missouri; and Ben Widhalm of Golden, Missouri; one daughter, Christine Stillwell and her husband, Don, of Golden, Missouri;nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one brother, George Hendricks and his wife, Barb, of Lincoln, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Eves; one daughter, Diane Webster; and her grandson, Big Jon Taylor.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at White Funeral Home and Crematory with Eric Royalty officiating.

Judith will be remembered for her love of family, her enjoyment of life's simple pleasures, and the special memories she made with her children and grandchildren.

Kimberly McComack, 67, of Cape Fair, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville, Missouri.

Kimberly was born on November 4, 1958, in the Chicago area, Illinois, to John Plaza and Joyce (Carlson) Plaza. On August 18, 2007, she married her best friend, Jack McComack, in Carol Stream, Illinois. In 2011, Kimberly and Jack made their home in Missouri, where they built a life filled with love, family, friendship, and faith.

Kimberly was a dedicated member of Cape Fair Christian Church, where her faith was an important part of her life. She especially cherished the friendships she made with the church ladies and enjoyed decorating the church. She took great pride in making things beautiful and welcoming for others.

Kimberly was a truly special lady who believed everything should be neat, organized, and just so. Her home was kept with such care and attention to detail that it was often more like a museum than a home. Everything had its place, and Kimberly took great pride in keeping it that way.

More than anything, Kimberly will be remembered for her kind and loving heart. She never met a stranger and thought the world of everyone she encountered. She was not one to speak poorly of others and always seemed to find the good in people. Kimberly was simply precious in every way, and those who knew and loved her were blessed to have her in their lives.

Kimberly leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, faith, and friendship that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Kimberly is survived by her husband, Jack McComack; on brother, Ed Plaza of Michigan; and one nephew, John Plaza of Michigan.

Memorials may be made to Cape Fair Christian Church building program and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory or the church at P.O. Box 302 Cape Fair, Missouri 65624.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 6:00 pm at Cape Fair Christian Church with Minister Phil McKinley officiating.

Interment will be held at a later date at Cape Fair Cemetery in Cape Fair, Missouri.

Terri A Pouncey

With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Terri A. Pouncey, who went home to be with the Lord on August 9th, 2026, at the age of 67.

Born in Cleveland Texas, Terri lived a life marked by bold adventure, lots of laughter, a spitfire attitude, and a big heart. Throughout her 67 years, she traveled the world, enjoyed singing to good music, found happiness in her plants, loved the water, and made friends everywhere she went. Her presence was energetic, and her memory will remain a light for all who knew her.

Terri is survived by her beloved daughter who was the pride and joy of her life; her family, and a circle of dear lifelong friends who were like family to her.

While her loss leaves a profound void, we find peace in knowing she is reunited with those who went before her. We hold the comfort that a sweet reunion has taken place in Heaven, where so many she loved were waiting to welcome her home with open arms.

Service Details:

A celebration of Terri's life will be held on September 12th, beginning at 10am, at The Community Center in Eureka Springs.

In lieu of flowers, bring written stories, photos, or a plant for the family.
