Hello, all! I just wanted to greet you to the month of July with some happy news!
I will be increasing my Bodywork hours by adding Tuesday to my work week!
I will be out of my studio the week of July 14th-18th, so, if you need a July appointment there is limited availability!

Our Breathwork Retreat was absolutely beautiful, enlightening & so needed. The weekend was attended by 9 other special & lovely beings that I was lucky enough to share space with. Breathing is vital to Bodywork-so, I’m so looking forward to being beside my clients as they relax more fully in their sessions:) Thank you to our extremely gifted practitioners gently leading us through the essence of Breathwork.
