The Go 4th Mile Run/Walk is July 4th. It starts at 9:45 AM in front of Longview's Monticello Hotel.

Preregistration ends at Noon on 7/3/26 and is just $15.00.

Packet pickup and same day registration is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM in the lobby of the hotel.

The same day entry fee is $25.00.

The Go 4th Mile Run/Walk 2026 is back in Longview, WA, and it is more than just a race. Every step helps support veterans and local youth scholarships.

That means you can celebrate the 4th while making a real difference in your community.

Hosted by the Cowlitz Valley Runners and HEVIN (Helping Every Veteran in Need), this exciting one-mile event is the first road mile race in Southwest Washington and a favorite local tradition.

Tonight at 6:15, come and experience Rebounding! 🎉 Your feet never have to leave the mat- or they can! 👉🏼You choose the intensity of your workout! This class is a 45 minute full body workout! We have an awesome playlist for some amazing cardio, we add in some weights or resistance, bands for muscles, sprinkle in some balance and core, and BAM 💥 you have a full body, fun workout! See you at 6:15pm tonight!! AND Saturday at 10:15am!!
