The Activator Method is a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. The technique utilizes specific protocols to detect spinal joint dysfunction, analyze leg length inequality, identify issues with body mechanics, and test neurological function. Patients of all ages can enjoy the benefits of an Activator adjustment, especially children who have a hard time staying still. Animal Chiropractic

is a drug-free approach to pet health care. It deals with the nervous system and keeping it healthy for the benefit of all body systems. Chiropractic care is appropriate in the treatment of:
Neck, back, leg and tail pain; muscle spasm, nerve problems, disc problems, joint problems, limping, injuries from slips, falls, accidents, event or sport injury. Dr. Ariana is also certified in the Webster Technique of adjusting specific to pregnant women. The Webster Technique utilizes specific sacral analysis and adjustments to make sure the sacrum and pelvis are optimally functioning. With proper movement and function of the pelvis, the baby is able to be in proper position leading up to birth. This can allow for an easier labor for both mother and baby. This technique also allows Dr. Ariana to address other common pregnancy complaints such as sciatica and hip pain. Dr. Ariana is also certified to work on all children from newborns to older through the Council Academy of Chiropractic Pediatrics. When working with children she not only assess them for musculoskeletal complaints but she also looks at their neurological development through primitive reflexes, head shape through gentle cranial adjustments, TOTs (tethered oral tissues such as tongue and lip tie) and other aspects that could affect children through their childhood.

Osteoporosis is often called the "silent disease" because it can develop for years without noticeable symptoms until a fracture occurs.

It causes bones to become weaker and more fragile, increasing the risk of fractures.

Women over age 65 and postmenopausal women with certain risk factors are especially vulnerable.

While chiropractic care does not treat osteoporosis itself, it can complement your overall care by helping improve posture, balance, mobility, and safe movement. Weight-bearing exercise and fall prevention are also important parts of maintaining bone health.

Take a look at today's infographic to learn more about osteoporosis prevention and healthy habits that support strong bones.

Did you know there isn't just one type of magnesium?

Different forms of magnesium support different functions throughout the body, so choosing the right one depends on your health goals.

Here are some of the most common forms:
• Magnesium Glycinate – Relaxation, stress support, and better sleep
• Magnesium Threonate – Brain health and cognitive support
• Magnesium Malate – Energy production and daytime fatigue
• Magnesium Taurate – Heart and cardiovascular support
• Magnesium Chloride – Replenishing low magnesium levels
• Magnesium Orotate – Cellular energy and heart health
• Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) – Muscle soreness and relaxation
• Magnesium L-Lysinate Glycinate Chelate – Gentle absorption and stress support
• Magnesium Carbonate – Converts to magnesium citrate when mixed with water
• Magnesium Oxide – Digestive support and constipation relief

Not every supplement is right for every person. If you're considering adding magnesium to your routine, we're happy to help point you in the right direction.

Did you know the upper cervical spine plays an important role in how the nervous system communicates with the rest of the body?

Birth can place stress on an infant's neck and upper spine. In some cases, this may contribute to movement restrictions that can affect development.

Some signs parents may notice include:

• Preference for turning the head one direction
• Head tilt
• Torticollis
• Uneven movement patterns
• Limited range of motion
• Difficulty with positioning

As children grow, unresolved tension may also contribute to posture concerns, headaches, or other movement challenges.

A gentle chiropractic evaluation can help determine whether your child's spine is moving as it should.

You don't have to spend hours in the gym to get stronger.

Our challenge is simple:

• Walk at least 30 minutes each day.
• Choose 2–5 strength exercises.
• Stay consistent.

Small daily habits lead to lasting results.

Walking improves heart health, mood, and endurance, while strength exercises build muscle, improve balance, and support healthy aging.

Take a look at today's challenge graphic and see if you can complete it this week.

Do you wake up with jaw pain, grind your teeth at night, or notice yourself clenching throughout the day?

Believe it or not, your pelvic floor may be feeling that tension too.
Your jaw and pelvic floor are connected through a line of connective tissue called fascia. When your jaw stays tight, that tension can travel through your neck, spine, and into your pelvic floor.

Stress also plays a role. During the body's fight-or-flight response, it's common for both the jaw and pelvic floor to tighten together.

Instead of immediately focusing on strengthening exercises like Kegels, start by helping your body relax:

• Unclench your back teeth
• Let your jaw hang slightly open
• Rest your tongue gently on the roof of your mouth
• Take a slow, deep breath

Sometimes the first step toward reducing tension is simply letting go.

If you're experiencing jaw pain, neck tension, or pelvic discomfort, chiropractic care may help address the underlying tension patterns.

Did you know your leg strength is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging?
Strong legs do much more than help you walk. They also support:

• Better balance
• Fewer falls
• Greater independence
• Healthy blood sugar regulation
• Brain health
• Longer life expectancy

The quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes are some of the largest muscles in your body. Keeping them strong helps support your entire body as you age.

Whether you're just getting started or looking to stay active, strengthening your legs is one of the best investments you can make in your future.

Need help moving better? Chiropractic care can improve mobility and help you stay active.
