The seasons are changing once again and I have a couple announcements 📢

I am adding Mondays to my schedule now that my son is in Kindergarten!

While I don't plan on raising my prices anytime soon - I am eliminating packages for services. September will be the last month that massage packages are available.

If you still have sessions left on your package or if you wish to purchase one before the end of September, they will be honored of course! All packages expire one year after purchase. You can still save $5 on individual massages when paying with cash!

Well friends, August is here! With the turn of the calendar on the first of the month we are officially halfway between the summer solstice and the fall equinox. This day known as lughnasadh (pronounced loo-na-sah) was celebrated in gaelic traditions marking the first round of harvest season.

I'm already noticing the vibrant green leaves of summer are taking on a more yellowish hue. The nights are growing just a bit longer and the deer flies are retreating (presumably back to hell where they belong 😂).

Hopefully we have some more hot weather in store for us in combination with some cooler days and nights. I really love this time of year! I hope you're soaking it in as well.
