Exciting news! Ascend Physical and Pilates has expanded. We are now offering small group reformer classes for up to 4 people!

Client spotlight….
Meet Jan. Today is her birthday (along with my triplets). She has Cerebral Palsy.
She was referred to me by a local gym when she walked in one day to do personal training. He said you need a Physical Therapist and referred her over to me.
Due to Medicare rules . I cannot “treat” her as a patient, but she could do Pilates exercises. She came for a free consultation with her boyfriend.
I was reluctant as she was difficult to understand when she spoke and walked with a tri-walker. But I agreed to work with her.
Over 6 sessions she has more than doubled her resistance on the Reformer exercises and increased her repetitions.
She said she no longer trips multiple times a day at home.
I’m in awe of her determination and drive she has to improve her strength.
I am honored to have worked with her!

At Ascent PT if there is a movement you are struggling with like running, walking, or throwing…, with your permission we video tape and slow down the movement to help you understand your movement patterns and make corrections to a more efficient way of moving.
