Today was filled with breathtaking beaches, crashing waves, towering trees, and a hike that felt like it went straight to the clouds! 🥾🌲☁️ The climb was worth every step because the views at the top were absolutely incredible. 🤯🌄

🐾 Introducing Our New Drop-In Dog Training Classes! 🐾

Looking for a flexible way to train with your dog? Our new drop-in training classes are designed to fit busy schedules while helping dogs build essential skills in a fun, positive environment.

Each week, we'll focus on a different training skill, and you'll have two opportunities to join us:
• Tuesday evenings
• Saturday mornings

✨Choose the sessions that interest you and train at your own pace!

Getting Started:
1. Go to https://www.castrovillecaninecorner.com/dog-training
2. Scroll down to Group Classes to review class information and download the required forms.
3. Complete the forms and email them, along with your dog's vaccination records, to [email protected].
4. Once your forms and vaccine records are approved, click "Sign Up for Class!" to select your workshop and complete payment.

After your initial approval, you won't need to submit forms again for future workshops. Simply visit "Sign Up for Class!", choose your desired session, and register.

Class Location: Castroville Canine Corner, 2439 US 90 - Suite 104
Class Fee: $30

🐶Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all dogs and handlers. Dogs with severe reactivity or aggression may not be suitable for group classes, but we're happy to discuss one-on-one training options that may be a better fit.

🌊✨ A little reminder that rest is productive, too. ✨🌲💚

One of the greatest gifts of owning my own private practice is the ability to intentionally build in time to rest, recharge, and take care of myself. 🧘‍♀️🌿 When I return home, I’ll be ready to jump back into serving my families and working hard—but for now, I’m giving myself permission to slow down and simply enjoy life. 💕✨

This week I’ve been surrounded by the beauty of Oregon—the Pacific Ocean, towering redwood trees, fresh air, and some of the most breathtaking scenery I’ve ever experienced. 🌊🌲☁️🐚 Spending time in nature has been such a wonderful reminder to pause, reflect, and appreciate the little things.

But what I’m most grateful for isn’t the scenery—it’s the people. ❤️🥹 My friends have made this trip incredibly special. They have welcomed me into their homes, shared their favorite places, and allowed me to experience Oregon not as a tourist, but as a local. 🏡💚 Their kindness, generosity, and friendship have turned a beautiful vacation into an unforgettable experience.

The older I get, the more I realize that life is about relationships, experiences, gratitude, and making memories with people who genuinely care about you. 🌟💕 I truly love life, and I feel incredibly blessed by the amazing friends who make adventures like this possible.

So here’s your reminder: take the trip, spend time in nature, rest when you need to, and cherish the people who make your life richer. 🌿🌊❤️

It’s not just worksheets, drills, or sitting at a table all day. 💕 Speech therapy often looks like playing games 🎲, building with blocks 🧱, reading books 📚, feeding toy dinosaurs 🦖, racing cars 🚗, blowing bubbles 🫧, dancing to music 🎶💃, bouncing balls 🏀, running 🏃, jumping 🤸, and singing Baby Shark 🦈🎵 for the hundredth time, all while building communication skills in a way that feels fun and meaningful! 🌟

The best therapy happens when children are engaged, motivated, and having fun. 🎉 Through play, movement, connection, and meaningful interactions, we’re building communication skills that help children express themselves, connect with others, and gain confidence. ❤️🗨️

Every child’s journey is different, but one thing stays the same: progress happens when learning feels safe, enjoyable, and encouraging. 🌈✨

But honestly? Castroville somehow survives on pure small-town stubbornness, bakery fumes, and historical guilt about turning into west San Antonio. And that’s kind of impressive.
