✨ SPEECH THERAPY FIND! ✨

I found this little desktop mirror at Walmart for under $17, and it has turned out to be SUCH a good investment for my speech therapy room! 🪞🗣️💕

It tilts forward and backward, so I can position it perfectly for a child to watch their lips, tongue, teeth, and jaw while practicing correct speech sound placement. 👄👅

But my favorite part might be the little tray at the bottom! 🙌 I use it to hold:
🩷 My Super Duper visual speech cues
🩵 Bjorem speech sound cues
🎯 Bingo markers like beans
🤖 Little therapy manipulatives

And when we play bingo, those little beans actually stay CONTAINED instead of rolling all over my therapy room! 😂👏

I’ve even been able to prop these cute bendable robots—also from Walmart—on the sides of the mirror so they look like they’re cheering my kids on while they practice! 🤖🎉 “You got it!” “Great sound!” “Try it again!”🥳

Sometimes the simplest therapy tools end up being the BEST ones. 🥰 I love finding inexpensive items and figuring out creative ways to use them in speech therapy!

📚✨ Just a few minutes of reading every day can make a BIG difference in your child’s language development! 🧠💬💕

Reading together helps children hear new words, learn what those words mean, build stronger sentences, and understand the world around them. 🌎📖 Every story adds a few more words to their vocabulary—and over time, those little moments really add up! 🌱➡️🌳

But it’s about more than vocabulary. 💗 When reading becomes part of your daily routine, children begin to connect books with comfort, curiosity, imagination, and time spent with YOU. 🥰📚✨ That’s how we help create a love of learning that can stay with them for the rest of their lives. 🎓🌟

You don’t have to read for an hour. ⏰ Even 5–10 minutes a day matters! Read the book 📖, talk about the pictures 🖼️, ask questions ❓, make silly voices 🤪, and let your child choose their favorites—even if you’ve read the same book 100 times! 😂❤️
