Mental health is, in many ways, the freedom to live with greater peace, stronger relationships, and a deeper connection to ourselves and the people we love.

As we celebrate 250 years of resilience, courage, and hope, we’re reminded that healing begins when we believe tomorrow can be different from today.

Behind this milestone are years of hard work, sacrifice, and a village that believed in her. As Latinas remain underrepresented in graduate education and licensed professions, we celebrate this moment because when one of us wins, we all win. 💛
