Hi, my name is Alexus, and I'm a doTERRA Wellness Advocate! My journey began by watching my mom transform her life—shifting from relying on medications to using essential oils for just about everything. I clearly remember being sick with a horrible cough. Mama mixed Frankincense, Lemon, On Guard, Oregano, and Tea Tree into a couple teaspoons of raw honey and gave it to me like it was cough syrup. At first, I thought she was crazy—but within 20 minutes, it worked. I knew she was onto something. Over the years, I watched my mom become more confident, get sick less often, and handle challenges with a new sense of strength. I saw how essential oils supported her through college, and I began using them myself—especially during school. I once had a big presentation that I was nervous about, and my mom had me use Adaptiv: on the back of my neck, my wrists, and a few drops in my hands to inhale deeply for 30 seconds. I nailed that presentation and even received compliments from my teachers about how calm and collected I seemed. Since then, I’ve used doTERRA products every single day. I’ve recently added the supplements into my routine, and I truly don’t go a day without them. These oils have changed my life—and now I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.
