Hello everyone and happy new year! I am super excited to announce that my husband is joining my massage team!

Andrew Farias is a newer therapist but his talent is undeniable. He uses a combination of stretch, trigger point and relaxation massage to find the sources of restriction in the muscles and release them to increase range of motion and pain relief. He offers proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretch sessions, as well as deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage.

Hello November! This month we are offering half off our aromatherapy enhancement. Choose between lavender, sweet orange, jasmine, or breathe easy (a eucalyptus and rosemary blend) to be added to the massage oil. The remainder of the bottle is yours to take home and use.
