Join us for an evening of stillness, sound, and gentle expansion as we explore the energy of the crown chakra — the space connected to inner wisdom, connection, and the quiet knowing that exists beyond the noise of everyday life.

This experience will include guided meditation, immersive sound healing, and gentle moments of reflection designed to help quiet the mind and create space for presence and clarity. A custom aromatherapy blend aligned with the crown chakra will be offered to deepen the experience.

Relax into zero gravity chairs or settle onto comfortable floor seating while surrounded by soothing sounds, blankets, and eye masks provided for your comfort.

Following our practice, stay for tea and quiet connection as we slowly return from stillness together.

Zero gravity chairs, blankets, eye masks, tea, custom aromatherapy, and lavender will be offered as part of your experience.

Space is limited. Pre-registration is required due to limited seating.

An evening starting with somatic movement, sound, stillness, and expression.

Tonight at the Sound of Cave Creek, we’ll be gathering for a guided meditation + sound bath focused on the throat chakra — your energy center connected to communication, truth, self-expression, and the voice within.

The evening will include gentle somatic movement, breathwork, throat-opening practices, Yoga Nidra, and a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system and create space for authentic expression.
