🚨 MEASLES AWARENESS | PLEASE BE INFORMED 🚨

With recent measles cases reported in Metro Atlanta, Quint Family Care wants to help keep our patients, families, staff, and communities informed and protected. ❤️

Measles is highly contagious, so recognizing symptoms early and taking the proper precautions can help prevent the spread.

⚠️ Symptoms to watch for include:
• High fever
• Cough
• Runny nose
• Red, watery eyes
• A red, blotchy rash that typically begins on the face and spreads downward

If you or your child are experiencing symptoms that could be consistent with measles, please CALL your Quint Family Care location BEFORE coming into the office. This allows our staff to provide instructions and take appropriate precautions to protect you and other patients.

😷 If you arrive with concerning symptoms, please wear a mask and notify our front office staff immediately.

💉 Staying up to date on the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family from measles.

This post is intended for awareness and precaution, not panic. Staying informed, recognizing symptoms, and taking appropriate precautions can make a big difference in protecting our community.

They say to pick an Employee of the Month… but what do you do when you have a staff full of people who deserve to be recognized? 🥹

At Quint Family Care, we are incredibly blessed with a team that shows up, works hard, supports one another, cares for our patients, and keeps things moving even on the busiest and most challenging days.

This past month was a perfect example of what it truly means to be a team. In late July, one of our amazing MAs, Lauren, welcomed her sweet baby boy, Corbyn! 🩵👶🏼 While we are SO excited for Lauren and her family and have loved celebrating this special new chapter with her, her maternity leave also meant our staff had to rally together, step outside of their normal routines, help cover where needed, and make sure our patients continued receiving the care they deserve.

And that is exactly what they did. 💪🏼

Our team stepped up without hesitation. They helped each other, covered gaps, took on extra responsibilities, adjusted schedules, worked through busy days, and did whatever needed to be done to keep Quint Family Care running smoothly.

Every person on our team brings something different and important to the table. From the smiling faces at the front desk, to our MAs and clinical staff working tirelessly behind the scenes, to our providers caring for our patients, every single role matters.

There are days that are hectic, days that are stressful, and days when it takes every single person pulling together to make things happen. This past month reminded us just how special our team truly is. 💜

So instead of choosing just one person to celebrate, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our entire Quint Family Care family.

Thank you for your hard work.
Thank you for your flexibility.
Thank you for stepping up when you were needed.
Thank you for supporting one another.
Thank you for caring so deeply about our patients.
And thank you for continuing to give your best, even on the hard days.

We truly couldn’t do what we do without each and every one of you. 🫶🏼

And of course, a very special congratulations to Lauren and her family on the arrival of baby Corbyn! 🩵 We are so happy for you and we are so happy to have you back with your QFC family!
