You may be eligible if you are 40 or older, have not had a mammogram in the past year, and have no signs or symptoms of breast cancer. Insured and uninsured individuals are welcome.

🍂 Do you or someone in your family have Medicaid insurance? You may qualify for extra help! 🍂

Madison County Rural Health Council can provide a FREE screening over the phone to see if you qualify for additional support through our Social Care Network.

🥕 Food support: Have healthy food delivered to your home each week.
🚗 Transportation: Get help with rides beyond what Medicaid transportation typically covers.
🏠 Housing support: If you’re behind on rent, experiencing homelessness, or facing eviction, you may qualify for help with up to 6 months of back rent or future rent.

💚 Anyone with Medicaid insurance can receive a screening! You don’t have to know whether you qualify for these programs—we can talk with you, answer your questions, and help you explore available resources.
