We’re always holding space for others, but when are we holding space for ourselves?

When you’ve been holding space for everyone else, it’s easy to forget about ourselves. That’s when our life starts to feel heavy, repetitive, and disconnected. Like we’re living through the motions.
We don’t have to live like we’re on autopilot! We’re worthy of being truly ourselves in life that makes us full!

I work with spiritually curious q***r folks who are tired of pretending they’re fine. Folks who’ve been through trauma, depression, and survived it all, but never really felt safe or whole in their body and spirit.

Through Pranic Healing I help you:
💜 Reconnect with the who you are- behind the mask
🪷 Release the pain and thoughts you’d have to carry forever Rephrase
🏳️‍🌈 And finally having you feel unapologetically you again!

If therapy opened the door, but your heart’s still heavy…
If you’re ready to feel more whole…
Let’s take that next step, together

🕊️ DM me or tap the link in bio to book a healing session.
You don’t have to do it all alone anymore.

Hello lovely and Beautiful Souls!

I wanted to share one of my favorite decks that I have in my collection! This is the Jean Noblet Marseille Tarot deck. I have had this deck for quite sometime now but it has been a deck that I have taken with me almost anywhere now!

If you have gotten a reading from me in the past or been in one of my classes you’d know that I love to say that the Tarot cards create stories. Well in the marseille I think that the stories that they tell are so much more prominent and best let not only the meanings of the cards come through but also your intuition!

Another reason why I love this deck so much is that I love numerology and elemental dignities so much! And though every deck can provide this, I think that the Marseille deck does it the best in my opinion!

But tell me what is your favorite style of Tarot decks and why?

Hello Lovely Souls-

Tarot is one of my favorite forms of divination that exists! I say this because with Tarot no matter who you are, everyone can find answers and guidance within the cards! While I was growing up I used tarot as a way for me to really discover more about myself and my journey. But it really helped me when I was starting to discover more about my emotions and sexual orientation. I found comfort and guidance within the cards that really made me feel more confident in myself.

Of course there’s so many different reasons that I can continue to say on why I love tarot, but I think that’s the main one.

So what is your reason on why you love Tarot so much?

“Service is a manifestation of spiritual growth” -Master Choa K*k Sui

When my healing journey started I was convinced that there wasn’t anything here, or that it was fake. Then I had a session for myself by a close friend on my tonsillectomy. After 2 days I didn’t have any more pain and could drink and eat as if I didn’t have surgery. This blew my mind!

So soon after I decided to learn this form of healing which is Pranic Healing. Here I learned the structured from of healing and how much I had to grow in my spirituality even though I started my journey when I was a little younger than 10.

It was through my journey of Pranic Healing that I learned while I was healing others I started growing in my spirituality and my practice. And this is because of the act of service that healing provides. By healing others it has filled my cup in so many different ways that it really changed my life for the better.
