Four paws, lots of love, and plenty of smiles! 🐾❤️ Therapy dog Spirit stopped by for some pet therapy and made everyone’s day a little brighter. We always love a visit from our furry friends!

Our Splash Down Challenge was a splashing success! Everyone has been saying we need a dunk tank… so we decided to make it happen our own way! 😂 Plenty of splashes, laughs, and good times all around!

Please help us give a warm welcome to our new Property Administrator, Erica! 🎉

Erica joins our team with experience as a Regional Property Manager and a background in Accounts Receivable. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Marketing, along with a degree in Paralegal Studies.

Outside of work, Erica loves spending time with her family. She’s a proud boy mom to two sons, ages 24 and 14, and a very proud grandma to her 4-year-old grandson!

In her free time, you’ll find Erica shopping, traveling, cooking, tackling home projects, scrolling TikTok, and working toward becoming a gardener, although she says she hasn’t quite mastered that one yet!

Erica is excited to connect with everyone, learn new things, and becoming part of our team.

Today’s adventure took us to Antique Acres! 🚜 We enjoyed checking out the tractors, seeing old steam engines in action, and watching demonstrations that brought history to life. We wrapped up the day back at the community with live music and Happy Hour!
