Two new Flu Vaccine Clinic dates have been added! Stop by one of these clinics if you have not received your flu shot for the season. Call the Student Health Center at 319-273-2009 for any questions.

Did you know that all of these birth control options are available at the Student Health Center? These options can be used not only for contraception but some may find it useful for other concerns including including heavy periods, acne, or migraines. Make an appointment with one of our medical providers to discuss your options or to ask any questions!

This week's featured service is Let's Talk! Let’s Talk is a confidential space for support and problem solving with a trained graduate student. The purpose of this program is to offer students a relaxed, informal space to discuss their concerns and well-being.

This week's featured service is Gynecological Services. In the video you will see April explain how a pap smear is collected. Along with pap smears, medical providers at the Student Health Center can also answer questions or treat your gynecological concerns including irregular periods, abnormal vaginal discharge, or STI concerns/exposure. Call us at 319-273-2009 to schedule your appointment.

Stop by one of our Flu Vaccine Clinics to get your flu shot for the season! Flu Vaccine Clinics are open to students and employees of UNI. You can also receive your vaccine at the Student Health Center if you are unable to make it one of the clinics.

Please call the Student Health Center at 319-273-2009 if you have any questions.

*The Student Health Center will file a claim with your health insurance or the cost of the flu vaccine is $50 for students without insurance.

Happy Friday! This week's Featured Service is Physical Exams. The Student Health Center can help you complete needed physical exams for work, class, internships, etc. We can also provide tuberculosis screening and an updated list of your immunizations. In the video you will see Amy Thurm, one of our Nurse Practitioners, give a glimpse of this service we provide.

Call us at 319-273-2009 to schedule your physical exam appointment. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
