🌟New Team Member Spotlight: Meet Brandy! 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Brandy, one of our dedicated RN Case Managers!

Brandy has been with Care Initiatives Hospice for about one month, bringing with her a passion for compassionate care and a wealth of nursing experience. After working in home health, she was looking for a role where she could make an even greater impact during some of life’s most meaningful moments - and hospice was the perfect fit.

💜 What inspired you to join our team?
“I was looking for a role change where I could provide more compassionate care. Hospice felt like the right place to make a difference.”

💜 What’s the most rewarding part of caring for hospice patients and families?
“Being able to support patients and families during one of the most difficult times in their lives and bringing them a sense of comfort and home.”

🧠 Area of expertise:
Brandy has extensive experience caring for individuals living with dementia, having worked in both memory care and psychiatric settings. She enjoys continuing to learn about the disease and finding the best ways to support those affected.

🐾 Fun fact:
Brandy is a huge animal lover! She recently moved to area with her son and shares her home with two dogs and two cats.
