To address the recent occurrences of scheduled classes resulting in no-shows, which have necessitated last-minute adjustments to our schedule, we are implementing a revised pre-payment request system. This pre-payment will be requested at the time of booking and must be remitted within a specified timeframe. Typically, this period will be six hours for classes scheduled several days or weeks in advance, and one hour for same-day bookings.

Failure to submit the required deposit will result in the cancellation of the scheduled class. Furthermore, please be advised that deposits for cancellations or bookings deemed disingenuous will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this measure has become necessary following three such occurrences within the past two weeks.

It is really sadd when people call and ask for a class asap or in this case this morning the soonest I could do it was this afternoon, I explained when I got done with the prior appointment would call them, but the latest would be 1pm. After 3 phone calls all to voice mail, waiting 1.5 hrs I decided it was time to go home called at 1pm said we will need possibly look at rescheduling the class no call back it's now almost 6p.m 10 hrs since first contact. I'm just disappointed.

We apologize for the recent hiatus in our posts, which was due to a demanding schedule. Over the past seven days, we successfully conducted four classes, accommodating a total of 115 students. This included two classes of 40 participants each, followed by classes of 12, 15, and 8 participants respectively. This intensive period involved significant logistical efforts, including extensive sanitation protocols and equipment changes, with three of these classes taking place out of state. Despite the considerable workload, we had the privilege of engaging with many exceptional individuals.

So 2 class in Missouri this month, 4 in Iowa, and 1 in Oklahoma, and 1 in Michigan. This is a busy month for us. And over half the classes have 30 plus students. So glad we added the extra 20 manikins to the fleet.
