We had a great day today helping our patients to recover their health, 2 reflux/hiatal hernia operations, a gastric band removal, and a complex case where the patient was operated on many years ago and it has a recurrence of her hiatal hernia. Always thankful for being able to do what I love. It is a blessing to help my patients using the most advanced surgical technology.

Sleeve gastrectomy is a common intervention performed by bariatric surgeons. This intervention is a restrictive procedure that removes 70 to 80% of your stomach. Portion control is extremely important for weight loss as well as adequate nutrition and life modification with activity and diet. absorption of nutrients is minimally affected by sleeve gastrtomies, post operative, following an adequate diet progression preop and post op is extremely important in the recovery of the patient's health.
