Change in Hours of Operation

Some of you may have seen that I've been cast as Bert in the upcoming production of Disney's Mary Poppins at Theatre Cedar Rapids - truly a bucket list role for me and I could not be more excited.

This exciting opportunity does come with a change to my hours due to my rehearsal schedule. Below I have listed my updated hours of operation:

Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Wednesday 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Sunday - CLOSED

If you have an appointment booked on a Saturday between mid-September through the end of the year I am going to leave those as is for the time being. Once I receive an official rehearsal schedule I can assess if any appointments need to be moved. I will do everything within my power to work you in. If Saturdays end up being a complete wash due to rehearsals I will look at adding limited Sundays to my work schedule.

September is filling up fast - get that appointment booked before it's too late. Whether it's deep tissue, scar tissue release, or lymphatic drainage - I've got you covered.

Price Increase Coming 2027

As I do every year I will be increasing my prices to adjust for cost of living. While I have not finalized the exact price increase it will be between a 5%-10% increase.

This price increase will take place in January and I will email out the exact price increases before the end of the year so you can plan accordingly.

I understand that budgets are tight and I continue to be grateful for your patronage.

Availability is going fast!

First, you guys are amazing - I can't thank you enough for trusting me with your health and wellness.

Second, my schedule is filling up FAST. Best availability is four weeks out right now. Evenings and weekends might be even farther out than that. The likelihood I will be able to get anyone in last minute is extremely slim (certainly still shoot me a message if you're desperate, but I make no guarantees.

Recommended best practices to ensure you get on the books:

1) Be proactive - plan and book a few weeks out
2) Book at checkout - before you leave, get your next appointment scheduled
3) Book multiple - get ahead of the game and schedule 2-3 appointments out
4) Set up a standing appointment - remove all the stress and book a recurring appointment, you can guarantee you get the day and time you want

As of right now, I don't plan to stop taking new clients. I will always do my best to prioritize my regulars, but my books remain first come first serve. More and more clients are opting to set up a standing appointment, which will always be the best way to guarantee your preferred day and time. If that sounds like something you'd like to set up, let me know, and we can get that taken care of.
