Today we celebrate one of the simplest, healthiest, and most enjoyable ways to stay active - riding a bike!

Cycling is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, build strength, boost endurance, and boost mental well-being. Whether you're hitting the trails, commuting to work, enjoying a family bike ride, or attending a cycling class at the Rec Center, every pedal stroke counts.

Julio is bringing fun, energy, and engaging workouts to every Zumba class!

Come dance, move, and sweat with us while enjoying great music and an upbeat atmosphere.

✨ New Tuesday Class Time:
Tuesdays at 5:30 PM

You can also catch Julio teaching Wednesdays at 9:05 AM!

Both classes are held in the fitness classroom.
