Our Executive Director, Stacy, has been bringing Quinn along for visits, and it’s safe to say he has quite the fan club! Our residents light up when he’s around, and there’s never a shortage of smiles, snuggles and attention for this sweet visitor. ❤️

A very special thank you to Julie Van Oort for a gift that means so much to our CountryHouse family. ♥️♣️

Julie’s brother, Joe Van Oort, was a beloved former resident of CountryHouse Cedar Rapids. In his memory, Julie generously gifted our community this wonderful poker table for residents to enjoy during activities and time together.

Joe and Julie will always hold a special place in our hearts. 💕 And a BIG thank you to everyone who helped get the new table assembled and ready for some friendly competition!

Last week, we had the joy of celebrating Jean and her twin sister, Joyce! Stacy and Ashlie made sure the birthday girls felt extra special by surprising them with beautiful flowers. 💕🌷

🌻 A little sunshine for our craft table!

Residents had a wonderful time turning cardboard cutouts into beautiful, autumn-inspired sunflowers! A big thank you to Stefan for providing the cutouts — they worked perfectly and gave everyone a chance to add their own creative touch. 💛🍂

Back-to-school season is here! 🍎✏️ We celebrated with our annual Back to School Luncheon, complete with a little creativity and a delicious meal prepared by our Dining Services Team. Then, we headed to Viola Gibson to help welcome their wonderful staff back for another school year! 🏫💛

We loved sharing a little CountryHouse cheer with our friends in the community!
