One of my favorite clients loves to do wood work & he hand-made this sign for me & my business 🤍 I have the sweetest clients 🙌

Starting this business was such a leap of faith, but it has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. I truly love what I do, and being able to help people feel better in their bodies, minds, and everyday lives is something I never take for granted. 🫶✨

To every client who has booked with me, supported me, shared my business, trusted me, encouraged me, or even simply spoken my name in a room/group full of options… thank you. 🙏 You are the reason Intentional Movements continues to grow.

I’m beyond thankful, beyond humbled, and honestly just so happy doing what I love every day. 🤍

& a special thank you to CommunityVotes - Cedar Rapids IA for helping local businesses get recognized! 🙌
