Our employment division knocked it out of the park this summer!

The season's highlight features three of our incredible members stepping up to the plate at Veterans Memorial Stadium, home of the Cedar Rapids Kernels.

Before the first crack of the bat or roar of the crowd, Carlos, Toni, and Josh were hard at work prepping, packaging, and stocking the stands to keep hungry fans fueled with their favorite ballpark eats, treats, and refreshments.

Working alongside them are To The Rescue Employment Specialists, Jamie and Emily. Each time our staff has the opportunity to job coach our hard working members, they witness growth, inclusion, dedication, and positivity.

Ronda, Manager of Hot Corner Grill, couldn't help but sing their praises, "Josh is so agreeable; he greets everyone with a cheerful smile and even encourages upselling to our customers—he’s just so happy to do that for them!"
