~For new clients, I ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork if you have not filled out online forms. Also for those clients that would like an assessment due to new concerns.

~If you have any acute health conditions

and are under the care of a Specialist or Primary Medical Provider, i.e. recent surgery, cancer diagnosis, you will need to have a written clearance from Medical Provider prior to massage. Bring this clearance with you to your appointment.

~If you have any chronic health conditions that are stable please notify me prior to massage. If the chronic conditions have worsened you will need a clearance from your Medical Provider, i.e. unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, etc.

~Please bring a medication list if you are taking medications and/or over the counter supplements, if you have not filled out online forms.

~Late Cancellation Policy:
If clients cancel less than 48 hours prior to appointment 50% of scheduled service will be charged to your credit card. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service cancelled.

~Emergencies happen. These policies are intact for the massage therapist's time and also for other
clients that could have scheduled for that appointment.

2. Work out:walking, walking dogs, golfing (not great at it Edgewater Golf Club (Grafton WI) ...sand traps seem to call my name), playing volleyball
