Hamilton House Senior Living community members had quite a day at the Ozaukee County Fair! They greeted old friends, saw the award-winning 4-H animals and ate plenty of delicious fair food. We even watched some of the rides and considered taking a spin. You are never too old for fair fun! 🐮🎡🐷

Camp Hamilton 2026 Day 2 festivities included: making s''mores, a furry friend visit from Addie, campfuee songs & BINGO! Thank you to the John Long Middle School Leo Club, Leo Club parents, Susan Zellner, her fellow colleagues, volonteers, and Debra Anderson & Sara Block for helping to make our intergenerational summer camp a succcess & lots of fun for all! Hamilton House Senior Living and Kids Impact Community recently held their 2nd Annual Alex's Lemonade Stand Fundraising event. It was a huge success with attendees making an in kind donation to enjoy a delicious, refreshing glass of my lemonade on a hot day. All proceeds were donated to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. In addition to making a donation for a glass of lemonade, many attendees also stopped by the craft station to create a handmade poster or card featuring heartfelt messages of positivity and love.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Founder, Alex Scott, was diagnosed with childhood cancer before her first birhday. When she was 4, Alex set up her first lemonade stand in 2000 with a plan to "give the money to doctors to help them find a cure for childhood cancer". Fighting her own cancer, she continued to set up lemonade stands every year until her passing in 2008 raising $1 million to find a cure. Since then supporters have raised over $350 million to become the largest independent childhood cancer charity in the United States funding more than 1500 cutting edge research projects at 152 institutions across North America and Europe in addition to supporting more than 15,000 families to cover the cost so that families can access treatments their children need. A HUGE THANK YOU to all who helped to make this fundraising event another huge success!!!

Day 1 of Camp Hamilton at Hamilton House Senior Living was a blast! Our community members, family, and homeschool friends enjoyed an educational presentation by Pine View Wildlife Rehabilitation Pine View Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (Thank you, Ranger Nick, Christine, & Jane!!). We learned about and met owls, red-tailed hawks, opossums, turtles, and turkey vultures! Some of our campers even handed out pictures they colored for us. We'd forgotten how fun and educational summer camp could be! We're looking forward to Day 2 of Camp Hamilton! 🦉🦅🐢 Lifespark

Making the most of what turned out to be a gorgeous, sunny Monday afternoon. Hamilton House Senior Living community members headed down to Bayside to get a sweet pick-me-up from Baskin Robbins, then headed a few blocks east, to Klode Park - Whitefish Bay - to enjoy the stunning view of Lake Michigan. Hamilton House Senior Living community was so excited to have a visit fron the What's the Scoop ~ ice-cream truck on one of the hottest days this summer. What a joy it was to see the truck coming up the driveway through the Canadian wildfire haze. Thank you to our very own Hamilton Hustlers for sponsoring this sweet event! It is always great to see our friend, Paige, as she handed out cool, delicious treats to our community members, family members, community partners & friends that were visiting at the time. 🍦🌞✨️

Today is the day!!! Hamilton House Senior Living and Kids Impact Community are sponsoring a fundraising event for Alex's Lemonade Stand. Stop by between 1 pm and 2 pm for a refreshing glass of lemonade to support our fundraising efforts for childhood cancer. All proceeds are being donated to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
