Here are 4 easy ways to cut back on added sugar:

Compare products and look for options with less added sugar. You may be surprised how much sugar can be hiding in everyday foods.

August is National Immunization Awareness Month, a good time to check in on your family’s immunizations. 💉

Vaccines are an important part of preventive healthcare for people of all ages, from children preparing for a new school year to adults who may be due for routine or booster vaccinations.

Immunization recommendations can change over time and may be different depending on your age, health history, and individual circumstances. That’s why it’s important to talk with your healthcare provider about which vaccines are recommended for you and your family.

Not sure if you’re up to date? Bring your questions, and your immunization records, if you have them, to your next visit. Our healthcare team can help you review what may be recommended and discuss your options.

What a special day for Cedarville community! We were thrilled to officially celebrate the opening of our newest wellness center and the opportunity to bring convenient, quality healthcare even closer to home for local families. 🏥
