April showers bring May flowers. But in our case, May showers brought blessings! Precious Blood CCD group of Chickasaw had a baby shower for Choosing Life Pregnancy Center. We are so grateful to this group of kids and their leaders for their donation!

"Walk in ultrasound day" broke a record today! From the minute Vickie turned on her machine this morning until she left at the end of the day, she had twelve, that's right 12 ultrasounds under her belt! We feel that this service is needed in our area and we are thrilled that we are able to provide it at Choosing Life Pregnancy Center.

We had an unexpected auction item that a board member's son wanted to make for us to auction off. Choosing life has been extremely busy lately and we're low on strollers, high chairs, bouncers, walkers, and other similar items. If anyone has any gently used items like this laying around, or you're just looking to declutter, here's your sign to bring them on over! We appreciate any and all donations! Along with our free ultrasound Tuesdays, our Everything Shoppe has been booming as well and we're running low on the mentioned items. As for our auction item, we will be starting the bidding at $25 and bidding will run until Sunday May 2nd at 6 p.m. sharp when the winner will be announced! Meet Choosing Life's April Volunteer of the Month! Ruth started out by coming in our store occasionally. Then one day in 2024 she came in and approached me about volunteering. Ruth is such a valuable addition to our crew! She is hard working, fun loving and a genuinely good soul!

On Thursday, Choosing Life Pregnancy Center was the recipient of a diaper, formula, and monetary donation from the Leadership in Action through the Celina Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.

Don't forget that Tuesdays are "walk-in" ultrasound day! No appointment needed, just stop in, complete the check in sheet and get your 2D or 4D ultrasound. If you 12 to 18 weeks along, make sure you have a full bladder when you come in. Ultrasounds are given from 11:30 to 4:30.
