I have been interested in the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) since early 2017. I dove into their science because their techniques allowed me to unlock parts of my body that I was previously unable to keep free with general flexibility, mobility, and even physical therapy intervention. After taking courses in repositioning, head and jaw mechanics, resonance, and most importantly, respiration, it is almost weird to say that PRI has taught me how to help people in profound ways. I’m very grateful to have gone through their certification program this week. We were taught another layer to the big picture and I feel more confident in helping those who have not been able to receive the help they need because no one has been able to put together their full story yet. I’m happy and excited to help these kinds of patients and proud to have in my corner.
