In the study "How Do You Learn to Walk? Thousands of Steps and Dozens of Falls Per Day" by Adolph, Karen E, et al., it’s noted that when children are learning to walk, they typically fall about 17 times per hour. This shows that falling and getting back up is a natural part of the learning process—it's how we all master walking!
