Front Range Pediatric Therapies is a pediatric home health therapy agency that is passionate about providing high-quality and compassionate service in a child's natural environment. We are honored to serve patients ages 0-18 years by providing speech and occupational therapy to the Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and Denver Metro areas. In practice for over 20 years, our therapists are experts at integrating evidence-based, neuroaffirming practices with play in order to help stimulate your child's growth and development.

Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Michaela! 🎉

Michaela has so much to celebrate this month! Along with her first anniversary at FRPT, she recently completed her Clinical Fellowship and officially earned her CCCs! Completing a CF is a huge accomplishment in itself, but doing so in the home health setting makes it that much more impressive. And Michaela has handled it all so incredibly well!

In just one year, Michaela has already made such a meaningful difference in the lives of the kiddos and families she serves. She brings so much patience, creativity, and genuine care to her sessions, always taking the time to understand each child’s individual needs, interests, and personality. She knows how to make therapy fun while still challenging her kiddos and helping them make incredible progress. What makes Michaela especially wonderful is the care she extends beyond her patients. She’s a great listener, a thoughtful collaborator, and someone families can count on for support and encouragement, even during some of their more difficult moments. It’s clear how much she cares about the children she works with, and that comes through in everything she does.

It’s hard to believe she’s only been practicing for a year with the confidence, professionalism, and compassion she brings to her work. We are so proud of the clinician Michaela has become and everything she’s accomplished in such a short time. Congratulations on your first year AND those well-earned CCCs, Michaela! We’re so lucky to have you on our Denver team and can’t wait to see what comes next! 💜

Nine years of Steph! 🎉

One of the things that stands out most about Steph is just how adaptable she is. Over the years, therapy has happened at kitchen tables, through a screen, outside in the backyard, and with plenty of real-life distractions happening in the background, and Steph has always found a way to make it work. She can take something that requires a lot of repetition and practice and turn it into something kids actually want to participate in.

That creativity is a huge part of what makes Steph so good at what she does. She knows how to keep things fun while still being thoughtful about what they’re working toward. Families shared that same skill translates virtually through Telehealth sessions, where she’s been able to build engagement quickly and keep sessions personal even through a screen.

Steph is also a tremendous colleague who makes working together easy! She’s warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and is always willing to help someone out! Nine years is a long time to pour into the same organization and the families we serve, and we’re so appreciative of the experience and personality Steph continues to bring to FRPT.
