Curious about dry Needling?
Dry needling is a form of therapy in which fine needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points, tendons, ligaments, or nerves in order to stimulate a healing response.
The treatment is used for pain and dysfunction in musculoskeletal problems such as neck and back pain, shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, knee pain, and plantar fasciitis.

Renew Crew Spotlight: She puts the “New” in Renew-Joleen!- She cofounded Renew in 2020 as a place where everyone can feel accepted and heal wherever they are starting from. Not only is she a PT and Certified Pilates Instructor, she has also been integrating neural and visceral manipulation to help with chronic pain that hasn’t been able to be helped with other means. She is in the studio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In her spare time she spends time with her husband and two teenagers, and enjoys skiing and hiking.
