Back to adjusting! (well some of them anyway). I have been cleared to start some adjusting. Please check the email I sent out! I can do upper back (face down), lower back (face down on the drop table, or with blocks), I can do most neck adjustments, but we have the acivator for that! I cannot yet do the lower back (lay on your side with the leg bent and I push the vertebra in the lower back) or the 'Monkey' hug (lying on your back with arms crossed. (that is called a 'Thoracic A ot P adjustment' BTW...
