Tomorrow’s doctors, teachers, engineers, and leaders are shaped by the opportunities they’re given today.

At Musana, we believe children in rural Uganda should not only dream about their future profession, they should have the chance to live it.

We’re proud to walk alongside Esther as she pursues her dream of becoming an engineer.

As we grow older, we all hope there’s a hospital nearby when sickness comes — a place with a doctor, medicine, and care close to home.

For Efulance, Musana Hospital – Kamuli has been that place. We’re grateful to see her feeling better.

Now, we’re building two new Musana Hospitals in Mayuge and Budaka so more elderly men and women can access healthcare too. Join us in building. Link in bio.

Students Are Back!

The silence that has covered Musana Schools during the holiday break is gone, our classrooms are alive once again!

May God be with our students, teachers, and all staff as we embark on this second term together.

Meet the head girl of Musana Nursery & Primary School – Mayuge, Elizabeth, and Ivan, who wants to be a doctor like his father, as they share their first term experience at the newly opened school.

In Budaka, getting medical care often means traveling from clinic to clinic — one place for a doctor, another for tests, another district for an x-ray, and somewhere else to buy medicine.

Every stop costs money. Every trip takes time.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way. We’re building a Musana Hospital in Budaka so families can receive quality, full-service healthcare closer to home.

Can you build with us?

While Musene is home enjoying the holidays, let's revisit how her first school term at Musana Nursery & Primary School – Budaka was.

She's one of the hundreds of students who joined the newly opened school at the start of the 2026 school year.

Imagine a child falls while playing — a deep cut, blood everywhere, and panic setting in. But the nearest doctor is over an hour away.

For families in Mayuge and Budaka, this is everyday reality. Emergencies don’t wait, and too many parents are left without nearby access to life-saving care when they need it most.

That’s why we’re building two new Musana Hospitals in Mayuge and Budaka — so children have a hospital close to home when every second matters.

You can help bring healthcare closer for thousands of families. Join us in building hope, healing, and access to care. Donate with the link in bio.

Double Hospital Groundbreaking!

In both Budaka and Mayuge, access to quality healthcare remains a major challenge. Many families travel long distances for maternity care, surgical services, and diagnostic testing. Public health facilities are overwhelmed, while private healthcare centres remain unaffordable for many.

This year, we are working to close that healthcare gap by building hospitals in both Budaka and Mayuge. We recently broke ground on both projects — and now we need your help to bring them to life.

Your donation will help build maternity wards, surgical theatres, diagnostic labs, and lifesaving care closer to the people who need it most.
Join us in building hope, dignity, and access to healthcare for thousands of families.

Before our newly enrolled students at Musana Vocational High School – Kamuli set off for the holidays, we sat down with them to reflect on their experiences during the first school term. This is what Alpha had to say.

2025 was a year of bold investment in communities, and the results speak for themselves.

We expanded into two new districts, Mayuge and Budaka, laying the groundwork for even greater impact.

With 19 enterprises now operating across three districts, we saw real momentum: more jobs created, stronger local economies, and a 40% increase in people reached compared to 2024.

This is what it looks like to invest in communities, not just growth, but transformation.
