What a privilege and an honor to sit with women and reclaim our essence together. I feel another layer shed and I’m so grateful to the women who came to do their deep work.

Have you noticed that when your Qi, your life force, is depleted, you use all your energy for work? But when you get home you are exhausted and can’t show up for your family or yourself the way you would like? You’re tired, irritable, every bid for attention feels like a slight? Because you have no reserves.

You give up the things you love, the things that bring you joy, not your productivity or capacity for work. The Qi you do have is funneled toward work and survival.

Let’s talk about how you show up for your kids, your partner, your hobbies and the things that bring you joy.

I know you can go to work and push through. I’d rather build your capacity for the things you love, because they are the first things to go when you are depleted.

Hi, I’m Gigi and I’d love to introduce you to my values as a practitioner:

I’m a staunch advocate for Informed consent
and bodily autonomy

I believe we should be the ultimate authority on our body and I strive to help you understand yours better

I promise I will always look one level deeper, even if it feels annoying

I’m solution-oriented and sometimes that requires a bit of a journey, but it’s called “practicing” medicine for this reason

I will always meet you at your capacity

I operate from empathy and compassion, but might challenge you to step into the next phase

I am growth-oriented and love learning

I believe in providing resources for self-efficacy,
so you can engage with your health journey

I acknowledge my weaknesses and will refer out as needed

I’m passionate about health and healing and I cannot wait for you to experience Chinese Medicine!
