We recently received a call from someone who discovered Ohana Medical through

They noticed a small section about Katherine, our office manager, being a bilingual English-Chinese author, so they reached out because they were looking for a doctor's office where language wouldn't be a barrier.

Moments like this remind us why representation and communication matter so much!

We also provide a secure medical interpreter services that allow us to communicate with patients in many different languages because being understood your health should never depend on the language you speak.

✨️ Wellness Wednesday- Eat More Protein and Fiber

Most people do best when they consistently include both protein and fiber in their daily diet, since they work together to support energy, fullness, and overall health.

General daily targets:
⭐️ Protein- 46 grams/day for women and 56 grams/day for men.
⭐️ Fiber- 25 grams/day for women and 38 grams/day for men.
