Thank you so much to everyone who came out to partake in the celebration of Natural Health & Wellness’s rebirth as Namaha Peace & Wellness Sanctuary on the 45th International Day of Peace!

In Sanskrit, Namaha means to “bow in reverence” - inviting an appreciation for the sacredness in all that exists. The path that the Sanctuary is opening up is one of detoxification and nourishment of all of the bodies: mental, emotional, physical, and energetic, in order to restore and maintain harmony and balance.

It is the mission of this sacred space to inspire peace to emanate out into the world, starting within each one of us.

As part of our evolution, we are excited to announce that Namaha Peace & Wellness Sanctuary is offering a profound new modality for healing called VibroAcoustic Sound Therapy (VAT), which takes you on a beautiful journey inward, utilizing healing frequencies in the form of music and vibrations simultaneously to support relaxation, invite deep rest, reset the nervous system, and nurture a sense of connection with ourselves.
