What is a Soundscape Journey?
My partner Susan L Marques of Peaceful Lily Healing Arts and I combine our instruments to create a musical journey. We start with breath work and a guided meditation to help you relax and calm the mind. next we gently guide you into a harmonized soundscape with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. The sound builds, we walk around the room with instruments for a more immersive experience. The Gongs transport you to another space and time. All while your brain is slowed down to an Alpha or Theta state. The frequencies and sound work together helping your body come into a state of resonance. This is also a state of healing. We gradually unwind with Drums, Rain sticks, ocean drums and some surprises to extend the journey. You may meet your Kind and compassionate spirit guides or perhaps a spirit animal that may have a message for you. Each experience is individualized.
