To all of my clients. We’re getting there! Hang in!!!

To our Valued Clients,

We hope this post finds your and your family well.

Our community has been through a lot over the past few months and we are all looking to resume some of our normal habits and routines. Many things have changed, but our commitment to our clients remains the same. Providing you with a luxurious salon experience in a safe, clean, welcoming environment.

Please be aware that some new rules and procedures that have been put into place to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

-You must have an appointment to visit our salon, no walk-ins will be accepted at this time.
-Once your appointment is confirmed, a COVID-19 evaluation found on our website www.evolvesalonspa.com will need to be completed.
-If you are feeling ill (fever, cough, etc) we ask that you stay at home. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment when you are well.
-When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car and call our Guest Services Team to check in. When your service provider is ready for you, a member of our staff will come to your car to greet you.
-Masks are required to enter. Our staff members will all be wearing masks as well.
-We will be screening for temperature checks at the front door upon your arrival.
-Guests will be required to use a hand sanitizing station which will be available in the reception area.
-Please maintain social distancing guidelines by standing six feet away from fellow guests and service providers.
-Only clients with appointments will be allowed in the salon at this time, please do not bring guests or pets.
-Blow dry services and hand massages will not be offered at this time.
-Beverage services are on hold, however we will have water available with disposable cups.
-As always, we will be sanitizing our stations in between each client using barbicide for all tools.

If you have any questions about any of these policies, please speak with a member of our Guest Services Team prior to your appointment. These policies will EVOLVE as we navigate the new normal.

WE MISS YOU!

The team at Evolve Lifestyle Salon and Spa is anxiously awaiting the day we can return to work. We are following guidelines from Governor Wolf for when we will safely be able to reopen. It is a very challenging time for all, as we balance the government regulations, safety and social responsibilities of our business for you as our Guests and for our team members.

When that day comes we will be calling all our Guests to reschedule appointments that were missed during our closure.

Until then we hope you are all staying safe and well. We can't wait until we proudly open our doors back and see YOU in person soon!
