POV: Your chiro just fixed the issue you’ve been complaining about for 6 months… and this is the face she makes when you say, “I should probably come more often.” 😂
International Women Chiropractors Day✨is celebrated annually on June 5th to honor female leadership and the historical contributions of women in the chiropractic profession.
The annual holiday is rooted in a rich history and celebrates the future of the field:
Why June 5th: The date was chosen to honor the birthday of Dr. Mabel Heath Palmer, who is lovingly known as the “First Lady of Chiropractic”. She was one of the world’s first female chiropractors, authored early anatomy textbooks, and served as a professor at the Palmer School of Chiropractic.
Founder D.D. Palmer included women in his very first class of chiropractic students, and Minora Paxson became the first official licensed chiropractor in 1904.
